Who can use this website?
Anyone! Anyone is welcome to use ACR to find their realtor or lender and facilitate tithing to an approved church.

Who can be a member?
Any licensed realtor or lender who has committed to tithing at least 10% of their gross commission to an approved church, including yours!

Why do you keep using the term “approved church”?
We are merely trying to insure the money committed to tithing goes to an actual church, not a fake church or a church that only exists on paper.

Can I hire an ACR realtor or lender now and get my church approved later so they can receive the offering?
Yes! We can finish the approval process in a matter of days. Your home or loan transaction will, typically, take at least 30 days.

Is ACR non-profit?
No, we found it very difficult to do this project as a non-profit organization. The realtors and lenders who are our members pay a very small fee to support the administrative costs of this tithing ministry.

Is ACR really a front for a specific church?
No. ACR is an individual effort by two Christian men (A realtor and a web designer) who were inspired to do this when they saw other similar sites charging realtors and lenders a 25% referral fee. It occurred to us that any referral fee should be given to the church, and so this ministry was born! We are both Christian men. We attend different churches.
